Actuel is a creative furniture design business with a vision to become an urban lifestyle brand of contemporary furniture and home design in Ethiopia and beyond. We design and create products that are functional, emotion inspiring and filled with passion for beauty and quality and aim to brand and market our product ranges to our customers in exciting and new ways.
Actuel is co-founded by a daughter-mother team Ms Eleni (Hamere) Demissie and Ms Sablewongel Yeshewalul. A US citizen of Ethiopian descent Hamere returned to Addis Ababa after over 25 years abroad mostly in the USA, France, and the Indian subcontinent. She is an experienced designer with a passion for contemporary art forms particularly contemporary furniture and interior design, fashion and visual arts. She is a seasoned manager and innovation catalyst and will work to train, motivate and inspire the staff, building their capacity to understand and apply the principles of innovation, harmonious design, merchandising and marketing, as well as best practice customer service and organizational management.

Do you provide International delivery?
Currently , No we do not offer International Delivery; Only locally within the City of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
How do I return an item?
We do not entertain refunds but if there is an issue with the product that you have purchased from us, call us and we will advise accordingly
What is your returns policy?
Once you have taken an item, unless there is a defect [to do with the guarantee ] we don't accept returns for cash,
How do I track my order?
When you order the product the sales associate will give you an estimated time of delivery, you may call and check in but when the product is ready we will call you to organize delivery and final payment
How can I contact your couriers?
Through us, we will give you a number on the day of delivery so you may coordinate.
What are your delivery options?
There are Couriers that we work with that we can use to deliver your order and you pay them directly.
